What moves the price

Six things
that set the number

01

Page count

A 3–6 page site typically runs $2,000 to $4,500. More pages means more design, more writing and more testing.

02

Selling online

A store costs more than a brochure site. A Shopify build typically runs $3,200 to $8,000 because of the catalog, checkout and product pages.

03

Who writes the words

If you hand us finished text, the price stays lower. If we write it, copywriting typically adds $500 to $2,000.

04

Photos

Real photos of your business beat stock every time. A half or full day shoot typically runs $600 to $2,400.

05

How fast you need it

A standard timeline costs less than a rush. If you have a hard deadline, say so early and we will price it honestly.

06

Branding

No logo yet? A logo typically runs $300 to $1,200, or it comes included in the Starter package.

The monthly
costs

Every website needs hosting, a domain name and someone to keep it updated. You can handle those yourself, or put them on our hosting and care plan for a flat $149 a month.

The plan covers hosting, your domain and SSL certificate, daily backups, site updates, uptime monitoring, small text and image edits, and a monthly analytics report. It is month to month, and if you cancel we hand you the files.

It is optional. You own the site outright, so you can host it yourself or hand it to your own IT person, and we will help with the handoff.

Questions

Good
to know

How much does a small business website cost in the Inland Empire?

Most of the sites we build land between $1,800 and $6,000 one-time, depending on page count, e-commerce and how much content we write for you. Our Small Business Starter is $2,200 and includes a 3–5 page website, a logo refresh, brand colors and fonts, Google setup and 150 printed business cards.

Why do website prices vary so much?

Because the work varies. A five-page site with text you already wrote is a small job. A store with a hundred products, new photos and new copy is a large one. Page count, e-commerce, writing, photography and deadline are what move the price.

What will I pay every month?

Nothing to us unless you want the hosting and care plan, which is a flat $149 a month and can be cancelled any time. If you run a Shopify store, Shopify also bills you directly for its own plan.

Do I pay before I see anything?

You get a written scope with a fixed price and a real deadline, and you approve it before a single dollar moves.

Is a cheaper website builder good enough?

Sometimes, yes. If you only need a single page with your hours and phone number, a do-it-yourself builder can cover it. If you need the site to bring in calls, look like your business and show up on Google, that is the work we do.

Can I get an exact quote without a sales call?

Yes. The instant quote tool gives you a range in about ten seconds, with no email required to see it.
